Change Of Name – Unimasters Air & Ocean Ltd

As from 8 May 2007, Unimasters Air & Ocean Ltd, Sofia, Bulgaria, a fully owned subsidiary of Unimasters Logistics Plc, has been renamed Unimasters Freight Xpress Ltd, to reflect the growing significance of road and rail in the company’s service portfolio and its emphasis on time-definite and systemised transport products. The same procedure will also be applied to Unimasters Air & Ocean SRL, Bucharest, Romania.
The name-change is part of Unimasters Logistics’ constant quest to streamline and integrate products and services and to offer a customer-friendly logistics approach.
