Seaborne and PMS Merge Their Activities in Unimasters PML

Seaborne and PMS, the two subsidiaries of Unimasters Logistics Plc, have legally merged their activities as from 1 August this year. The new entity is called Unimasters PML and will act as a provider of quality port and marine logistics services in Black Sea ports.
Seaborne Limited is an integrator of ship supply and engineering services, while PMS is one of the leading ship husbandry and port forwarding services agent.
The merger will enable Unimasters to provide seamless port and marine logistics from the ship’s board to the ‘last mile’ of cargo delivery. It will focus on the development of “one-stop-shop” for shipowners and charterers as well as for multinational project cargo operators.
