Unimasters Partners with Bulgarian Posts for Parcel Collection
In 2024, Unimasters will take a step towards expanding its range of courier products and services by introducing a new option for parcel delivery to courier offices, in partnership with Bulgarian Posts. Customers will be able to collect their courier parcels at a convenient time from their nearest post office. Until now, Unimasters courier parcels could only be delivered to the recipient's address.

This extensive number of physical parcel collection points, virtually unmatched in the country, will bring greater convenience to our customers and enable us to expand our range of services by delivering even greater added value.”
The standard transit time from collection at the sender's premises to arrival at the designated post office will be 1–2 business days, depending on when the parcel is ready for pickup on the dispatch date and the sender's geographical location. For deliveries to post offices in smaller settlements, transit times will follow the official Bulgarian Posts service schedule. Additional services available to recipients will include cash on delivery (up to BGN 3,000) and SMS notifications.
