For the fourth consecutive year, Unimasters has chosen its long-standing supplier ENERGO-PRO Energy Services for the purchase of green electricity generated from 100% renewable sources.

The company’s Executive Director, Mr Nikolay Bozhilov, received special plaques certifying that the electricity supplied to all Unimasters offices served by the energy company is generated in an environmentally responsible way. The certificates were officially presented by Ms Albena Lazarova, Commercial Director, and Ms Teodora Kiryakova, Senior Sales Manager at ENERGO-PRO.

For 32 years, Unimasters has been offering innovative solutions in transport, freight forwarding, logistics and end-to-end supply chain management while consistently integrating environmental responsibility into its everyday operations.

“As a responsible company, we believe that purposeful interaction with nature and the use of energy generated in an environmentally friendly way is the right approach to protecting our planet and its resources,” Mr Bozhilov said. “Thanks to ENERGO-PRO and the service they provide for 100% green energy, we are able to make our contribution to sustainable energy development in Bulgaria.”

Ms Albena Lazarova added that ENERGO-PRO Energy Services is seeing growing interest from Bulgarian companies in green-energy supply and welcomed Unimasters’ consistent approach to reducing harmful emissions across its activities.

Alongside the use of 100% green energy in Unimasters offices and warehouses, the company’s 2025 strategy included a goal to reduce emissions by using more environmentally friendly vehicles, reducing empty runs and introducing electric vehicles for domestic distribution. At the same time, the strategy aimed to reduce overall energy consumption, minimise waste and improve resource efficiency.

ENERGO-PRO Energy Services promotes the production and trade of electricity generated in an environmentally responsible way. Unlike fossil-fuel power plants, renewable energy sources do not release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The company was the first electricity supplier in Bulgaria to begin issuing green-energy certificates based on guarantees of origin issued by the Sustainable Energy Development Agency.
